What Happens When You Call
First, tell us what's on your mind: a new system, a battery, panels that stopped producing, or panels that look dull after a dry, dusty stretch. We'll ask a few questions about your home, the age of your roof and your electric bills. Then we pick a time to visit, check the roof and electrical panel, and take measurements. After that visit you get your quote by phone, with each part of the job explained in plain terms.
For 5 years now we have been in business, putting solar on homes in Grapevine and nearby towns like Southlake, Colleyville and Euless. Safety on the roof matters to us, and Liberty Mutual recognized that with its Platinum Safety Award. When we finish a solar job, it is covered by a 10-year workmanship warranty, so you know who to call if something we installed needs attention. Good to Have Handy Before You Call
- A few recent electric bills, ideally covering a summer month, so we can talk about how much power your home uses.
- Your roof's approximate age and the type of shingles or other material on it.
- For a system that is acting up, any error codes from the inverter or a screenshot from your monitoring app.
- Any HOA rules you know about for panels or equipment on the outside of your home.
